Are You Sick of Dealing with Midland Credit Management?
If you have come to this page it might be because of the fact that you have had a debt sold to Midland Credit Management. If Midland Credit is trying to collect a debt from you, you might have had to deal with one of the following collection tactics:
Midland Credit Management Sometimes Sends Letters to an Incorrect Address.
Midland Credit might have the wrong address on file or might miss the apartment number. What would happen to your reputation if a neighbor got their hands on a collection letter that was intended for you? It is not unheard of to have Credit Management Inc. to send a response to a debt validation letter or a debt settlement letter to a parent’s address. You don’t want others to know about your debt issues.
Threatening Written Correspondence
It is common for collection agencies to send letters that threaten action against you unless you make payment. Midland Credit Mgmt Inc. is no different. Imagine a situation where you get a collection letter asking for payment on an account, which was opened in another person’s name. The person contacted Midland Credit, but the collection agent was uncooperative and refused to help in resolving any misunderstanding even though it was clear that Midland Credit Mgmt. Inc was in the wrong.
Submitting Court Papers to the Judgment Court
You may have a judgment on your credit report that was put there by Midland Credit Management Inc. for an unpaid debt. What do you do if the debt isn’t yours? Or what if Midland Credit is trying to collect a debt that you paid long ago? In some cases, the consumer never receives any statement from the original creditor and may have even paid the debt through a website. If you didn’t receive a written notification from Midland Credit Mgmt Inc. before they filed the judgement papers with the court, you may be able to seek redress under the law. Having a credit repair law firm on your side can be a great asset in a situation like that because Midland Credit might be breaking a law that you aren’t aware of.
Midland Credit Management has been known to repeatedly call debtors via telephone about unpaid debts. If Midland Credit calls late at night or early in the morning, you may have recourse under the law to seek redress. Even if that debt was paid previously and you tell Midland Credit, it doesn’t guarantee the calls will stop because they may not believe you and they probably don’t care. If you are afraid of a lawsuit, you may just pay Midland Credit because you don’t know your rights and you want the threatening calls to stop.

If you have Midland Credit Management (also known as Midland Funding) on your credit report, I probably don’t have to tell you that they’re killing your credit scores. Find out below how I was able to get collections legally and permanently removed from my reports.
My Bad Credit Story
A while back, I hit some rough economic times in my life. I became unemployed after my employer went under. Funny thing is even though my paychecks stopped, my bills didn’t! I couldn’t make my month end before my bills did. Because I wasn’t making any payments my credit cards were sent to collections.
My situation became an endless stream of phone calls from collection agencies like Midland Credit Management. I didn’t know what else to do, so I filed bankruptcy. This helped with the debt collectors calling non-stop, but my credit score was completely shot.
How I Fixed My Bad Credit
For years after my bankruptcy, I was denied on home loan applications and auto loans, because my credit score was below where the banks needed it to be to give me a loan. I got rejected repeatedly for loans. Talk about being embarrassed!
A friend told me about Lexington Law Firm and was ranting and raving about how awesome they were. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing what they did for him, I knew I had to give them a try. So, I got online and looked them up.
Lexington Law Changed My Life
I called the 1-800 number at the site (800-220-0084) and spoke to a credit expert who was very friendly and understanding of my situation. She was also very knowledgeable. So, I went ahead and signed up. Boy, am I glad I did! After about 3 weeks, I started receiving letters from the credit bureaus stating the negative accounts had been removed from my credit reports! (See below).
Collections Removed from My Credit Report:
My credit scores have dramatically improved since there are no longer any negative accounts on my credit report. Here’s a snap shot of my credit scores since I signed up with Lexington Law:
“I have been a client for some time now and all I want to say is that your firm has been wonderful to me. I have told so many people about the work you have done. Two of my reports have no negative marks now and the other I know is just around the corner. Thank you so much. Life is so much easier now that I don’t have to worry about credit problems. I highly recommend your service to anyone.”

“I went through a bankruptcy and my score went way down into the 500’s. My wife and I planned to buy a house, so with the help of Lexington Law my score went up in just 8 months to 688! I got an excellent rate, new house, and praise big time for your services. Thanks a ton!”
